1- LOW-CARB PINK DRINK

My take on the classic Starbucks Pink Drink is even more delicious than the original. This pink drink tastes just like a Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Bar! The sourness of the cranberries is tempered by the strawberries and cream and sweetened with a hint of vanilla syrup.

You can order this in a grande (16 ounce) or venti (20 ounce) cup for less than $3, depending on your region and current Starbucks promotions.

2-  KETO FRAPPUCCINO

There’s nothing I enjoy more than a good cup of coffee, but sometimes you need something more delicious. That is where this keto frappuccino comes in! This doubles as both a latte and a dessert, making it the perfect choice on date night or when you’re daydreaming about your upcoming weekend getaway.

3- KETO ICED COFFEE

Now, even though this is technically an iced coffee, you can get the iced coffee mug. That way, when the drinks are mixed together in the fridge portion of the machine – you’ll have a nice thick syrup base to set your drink off with.

4- BREWED COFFEE

The keto Starbucks drinks are a hot cup of freshly brewed coffee. Your carb-free options include the Pike Place Roast, Veranda Blend, and Pike Place 100% Colombian.

Many of the flavored syrups that can be added to hot or iced beverages contain carbs. Keep in mind that toppings like whipped cream and chocolate chips also contain carbohydrates.

Starbucks has introduced a new line of sweetness. These Keto Starbucks drinks include the Iced Vanilla Blonde Ristretto, Iced Vanilla Blonde Latte and Iced Cinnamon Roll. 7- KETO WHITE DRINK

As a Starbucks fan who’s also diabetic, this one is my favorite Starbucks hack. I get it iced with sugar-free vanilla syrup, use heavy cream instead of water, ask for no ice and just a splash of cream.

8- SKINNY MOCHA

Some people don’t like Starbucks much, but they do love their skinny mocha drink! And guess what, it’s keto-friendly! This year I’ve already lost 15 pounds just by not going to Starbucks as much. When I want a coffee, I go to my local shop and make it myself. Some of their coffee is a little bitter for me, though. So I add something to sweeten it up.

9- KETO CHAI TEA

I’m not a coffee drinker. Coffee makes me jittery and gives me a headache, so I end up drinking mostly tea in the mornings. Lately, I’ve been drinking tons of Bulletproof Chai, which is a blend of black tea, spices, and grass-fed butter. But some people prefer coffee over tea, and may want to incorporate some keto drinks into their lifestyles.

10- BLACK COFFEE

It’s not really a secret but Starbucks lists 1 gram for their Black Coffee. This puts it in the “Keto Zone” and in my books it is also free of carbs.
